Shipping information.

All items will be shipped direct via Australia Post or Courier. Every order will be issued a tracking number.

Within Australia - flat rate shipping of $35.00
Overseas - Flat rate shipping of $60.00

Returns policy.

If you are not happy with the quality of your print, or believe your product has a defect or has been damaged. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Depending upon the issue, we may request you to provide photographic evidence showing the stated damage, so we can notify our courier company. If damage is evident, you may choose between a replacement or a credit.

We do not offer refunds.

Do you offer custom prints?

If you have spotted something outside of my current print collection(s) and would like to turn it into a custom order, please contact me directly at shop@katrina-parker.com and I can try and make it happen for you.

Can I order a custom size?

You sure can. Please email shop@katrina-parker.com and we can create the perfect fit for your wall or space.

Do you stock to retailers?

If you are a retailer and are interested in carrying my work in-store, please email me directly at shop@katrina-parker.com

Do you lend out framed artwork to stylists for commercial shoots?

I certainly do. Please get in touch with me at shop@katrina-parker.com and we can chat further.

Do you offer a styling service?

I do. I can help you to choose artwork that I think will enhance your home and/or space. If you are wanting to purchase more than one print to sit side by side, I can also work with you to suggest prints that work well together. Please email me shop@katrina-parker.com and we can get chatting.

Can I get a mat board when ordering a print?

All artwork is printed edge to edge which means they are framed without a mat board. If you would like to order a framed print with a mat board, please contact me at shop@katrina-parker.com.

How long does framing usually take?

All framed work is handcrafted and custom made to order in Sydney with an approximate turnaround time of 14 days. Please email shop@katrina-parker.com if your order is urgent and I will do my best to get it to you in time.

Do you offer high res files, so I can handle printing and framing myself?

Unfortunately, I do not offer this service at this time.

I really like your work.. can I post your images to my social media account, or use on my website?

Any of my work that is reposted to social media must include my social media handle @katrinaparker and/or link to www.katrina-parker.com. If you do not credit me, it is a breach of copyright. You may not, however, manipulate the image under any circumstances (i.e by adding text over the top of the image and/or add a filter etc) and use for commercial purposes. If you do wish to use it for commercial purposes, please contact me directly at kat@katrina-parker.com.
